Terms of Service

By using bookedandlashed.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

We currently offer three things:

• Free Playbook — a downloadable PDF guide, delivered via email
• Launch Kit ($497, one-time)— a done-for-you setup of your landing page, ad campaigns, DM bot, and booking system, delivered within 7–14 business days of payment
• Booked & Busy ($797, 3-month engagement) — ongoing management of your Meta ads, creative refreshes, and monthly performance reviews for 90 days
• Autopilot Founder Pass ($97, one-time) — a pre-purchase that locks in lifetime founding-member pricing for the upcoming Autopilot SaaS product

• Launch Kit: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no work has begun. After kickoff call, refunds are case-by-case.
• Booked & Busy:Full refund within 14 days of the start date if you're unsatisfied with the work. Refunds are pro-rated after 14 days if you cancel mid-engagement.
• Autopilot Founder Pass:If Autopilot isn't launched by Sept 30, 2026, you'll receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method.
• Free Playbook:N/A (it's free).

We give you the tools, templates, ad systems, and infrastructure to grow your bookings. We can't guarantee specific results— every business, market, and offer is different. Your results depend on factors like your local market, the quality of your service, your prices, your follow-up, and your ad budget. Testimonials and case studies on this Site reflect real client outcomes but are not promises of what you'll experience.

You are responsible for:

• Your own ad spend on Meta (separate from any fee you pay us)
• Following local laws and regulations for your business
• The accuracy of any photos, brand assets, or copy you give us
• Owning the rights to any images or videos you share for ads
• Showing up on time for client appointments and delivering excellent service

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and confirm the payment method is yours. All prices are in USD.

Don't use this Site or our services to do anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes on others' rights. Specifically:

• No reselling, redistributing, or sharing our Launch Kit / Playbook / Autopilot assets without written permission
• No reverse-engineering or scraping the Site
• No using our services to promote illegal products

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, templates, the Playbook, and the Autopilot software — is owned by Booked & Lashed or its licensors. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You don't receive ownership of the underlying templates or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booked & Lashed's total liability to you for any claim related to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our services if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Site at any time.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the U.S.
